Fallout 3 DLC: Broken Steel = Broken?
Reports have been coming out from the PC camp stating that today's newest DLC for Fallout 3, Broken Steel, is broken and giving users errors. Reports say that the error is rather cryptic which reads: Not a cryptographic message or the cryptographic message is not formatted correctly.
