EA Sports Active coming to PS3

EA recently announced that they will be releasing an updated version of the Sports Active game that got millions of people up off the couch and exercising - Currently titles EA SPORTS Active 2.0* (working title) is currently in development for the PlayStation 3, the Wii, and both the iPhone and iPod touch... Expected release in the fall.
New Features include;
Improved Leg and Arm band straps
An on screen heart rate monitor
An online hub to track and share workout data

I started playing Academy of Champions for the Wii as a skeptic. I am a diehard sports video game enthusiast and this looked from the packaging as a kids game that just couldn’t live up to the more series soccer (football) titles like Pro Evolution Soccer and FIFA.
And to be honest, Academy of Champions isn’t a title for the sports purest. But if you like a good story line and fun sports play then Academy of Champions is a title you should consider.

Ubisoft updates 2010 forecast and line-up

Ubisoft has just released this information regarding the financial targets of the company and some significant changes to their upcoming game release schedule.
Important notes from the release:
Sales for games on the Wii and DS were lower than expected in 2009 and are expected to be down for the full year by around €160 million (or $239 million CAD), representing a drop of around 50% in world wide sales numbers.

Hot dawg, Shaun White is back and ready to hit the slopes in the latest sports release in the series from the team over at Ubisoft. Having never played the previous Shaun White Snowboarding, I was impressed with the level of details that went it to this title.
